At Sufficiency gatherings, we offer a unique perspective on success and leadership by providing tools and insights grounded in both practicality and spirituality. Through an Intensive training and mentorship on strategic Kingdom Dynamics, we help individuals to navigate their professional lives with a deeper sense of purpose and direction to a position of strength and new economic futures.

Our facilitators are seasoned mentors and speakers with track record of demonstrated faith, integrity and excellence. Last years edition 2023 had 7 speakers dispensing wisdom to over 20 in- studio participants and streamed to over 2000 audience from 5 countries namely Ghana, Nigeria, USA, UK and Hungary.

The purpose for this year’s edition is to equip and challenge Christians with a working body of knowledge, skill and faith to build capacity to make big moves in their business and career.

We are called to be the Head and not the tail. Enough of having Christians doing business at the shore, it is time to go into the deep. It is time to be at the big tables in our Industry.

What is that in your hand?”
In Exodus 4:2 When Moses encountered God in the desert, The Lord asked him a simple question, “what is that in your hand?” And he said, A rod.” That same rod over the years became known as the “rod of God,” which was used in all the miracles of Moses like dividing the behemoth RED SEA. In Matthew 17:20 Jesus says Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing is impossible for you. David killed the Giant of Gath, Goliath with small stones.

1 Samuel 17:40 Then he took his staff in his hand and chose five smooth stones from the brook and put them in his shepherd’s pouch. His sling was in his hand, and he approached the Philistine.

Jesus fed thousands of people with a little boy lunch. In 2 Kings 4, the prophet Elisha asked the highly indebted widow who was about losing her children as collateral to a loan, what do you have in your house? And she replied nothing but a jar of oil. That became the seed for becoming an oil magnate.
